About this house rental
Four bedrooms, a heated saltwater pool, and five minutes to downtown West Palm Beach.
The pool is why people book and why they come back. It's 28x14, heated year round, salt water instead of chlorine, with sun on the deck most of the day. Two umbrellas, loungers, and enough room that eight people aren't stepping over each other.
Inside: two kings, two queens, and a queen sleeper sofa, so a group of eight gets real beds instead of a rotation. Full kitchen you can actually cook in. Two bathrooms. Fast wifi.
You're on a quiet residential street in Roosevelt Estates, walking distance to Antique Row and minutes from Clematis Street, the Norton Museum, and the Brightline station. Palm Beach island and the beach are 12 to 15 minutes. PBI is close enough that you're not building your day around the drive.
Dogs welcome. Two car garage plus room for three more in the driveway. I'm local and I answer fast.
The property has a Ring doorbell camera, a camera looking at the garage's exterior, a camera looking at the side gate entrance, and a camera overlooking the pool/bbq area. Cameras are used for the safety of guests and in cases of emergency. Recordings are deleted every 30 days. Only host has access to recordings.

The location was excellent to may of the events we wanted to attend while we were in town for a family event. The pool was fantastic and the house had the things we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay. A few things though. Clothes dressers to store our clothes, tissue box, like a hotel rental, bodywash, hair shampoo, a hair dryer. Would have made our stay even better.

The home is in an older neighborhood, but is well kept for its age and use. We had some slight confusion upon check-in, but the owner immediately called me and we got it figured out. They are so helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated the full manual of info on the area with things to do, places to eat, etc. They have really thought about the details and go a step above a lot of other rentals I've used.The pool was clean and warm (thank you!), and the home is well-appointed for both humans and pets alike! I loved being able to utilize the garage, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for everything we needed. I had concerns when we initially drove into the neighborhood, just thinking it may not be as quiet as I had anticipated, especially during spring break. I was very pleasantly surprised to find how quiet the area is, and how easy it was to access so many restaurants, beach, and water taxis to Peanut Island. Super easy to get in and out of the area!The house has so much space, we absolutely could have had another family with us there, but I chose it so that we could bring our pets and have a pool. It worked perfectly for our needs!We had so few critiques, related to typical wear and tear that happens in rentals. I would recommend this place and stay again in the future!

The house was beautiful, well cared for, and very spacious for our girls weekend. The pool was listed as “heated” but unfortunately was not ready to go when we arrived. I communicated with the owner and he promptly said he would turn them on. They did not kick on and I had to reach out to the owner a second time, and the pool was cold our entire time. This was a disappointment to us, as we picked this house because of the heated pool.
