The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. Particularly inviting is the large covered terrace with barbecue and lounge furniture, which leads directly into the garden with pool. Two private parking spaces, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher are of course part of the amenities.



The private outdoor pool is 7.50 m x 3.50 m in size and has a depth of 130 cm – ideal for children, adults and seniors. Particularly pleasant: The pool operates without chlorine and runs on salt water. This is considerably gentler on the eyes and skin, particularly for children and older guests, and provides a particularly enjoyable bathing experience. Thanks to the integrated pool heating, you can enjoy the pool not only during the summer months, but also in spring and autumn at pleasant water temperatures. This makes the holiday home excellent for a relaxing holiday outside the classic peak season.



Only around 300 metres from the sea, you can reach various beaches within a few minutes – from child-friendly sandy and pebble coves to unspoilt rocky beaches with crystal-clear water. Shady pine forests and safe bathing areas make Lukoran an ideal place for families with children.



The surroundings offer not only peace and nature but also variety: numerous restaurants pamper you with fresh-caught fish and Dalmatian specialities. In just a few minutes you can reach picturesque places such as Preko, Kali or Sutomiščica. Thanks to the ferry connection to Zadar, you can set off at any time for an excursion to the historic coastal town with its sights, markets and Mediterranean flair.
