Welcome to Chapel Square! This wonderful two-bedroom, two-bath condo located in Avon is the perfect family getaway. Conveniently on the complimentary in-town shuttle route and just a 2-minute drive to Beaver Creek Resort, adventure awaits you outside your doorstep. Inside, you will find all the comforts of home, with a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the evenings and a large private balcony to take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The condo is also centrally situated meaning that all the best shops, restaurants and activities are just a short distance away. With so much to offer, this home is sure to make your vacation one to remember!
**There are exterior building upgrades scheduled from 4/15 - 7/15/26. Construction will occur from 7AM to 7PM, Monday through Saturday. Balconies will not be accessible during this time. No refunds will be offered due to construction work/noise.
The master bedroom is set with a queen bed, comfy mattress and hotel-quality linens and TV. Complete with an en-suite bathroom offering a soaking tub, shower and dual sinks so you can get ready for the day ahead in peace. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds, TV and is connected to the guest bathroom, equipped with a tile and glass shower. Both bedrooms open to the balcony which has valley and mountain views, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to whip up a feast for the family. There is seating at the bar and also a small dining table. The living room is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa and fireplace. Other amenities include a stacked washer/dryer, covered parking and a gym and sauna!
Nestled in the heart of town, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges and a variety of activities for all ages. With the world-renowned Beaver Creek Resort just minutes away, you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports. And if you’re looking for more adventure, you’re only 10 minutes away from Vail, where you can explore even more world-class skiing and outdoor activities.
*This unit does not have air conditioning, however mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel-quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Condo was clean and great space to have for home base to ski in Beaver Creek. Ski shuttle bus picked up right outside the condo and took us directly to the village.

The unit is located above commercial properties and overlooks a shopping center. It is an easy walk to a grocery store, ski shops, and restaurants. Right across the parking lot is the ski shuttle stop to Beaver Creek. The unit is a little dated but very clean and the kitchen is well provisioned. Soaps, coffee / filters, and linens were all provided. The only issue I had was that the parking pass was not provided for the dedicated space in the heated garage so I had to pay Avon an extra 33 per day to park outside in the (very snowy) public lot.

Nice place, clean, quiet, well maintained. Underground parking is nice. Only problem is that to get to Vail you need to take two buses.
