About this apartment rental
WEEKLY RENTAL only.
In a tourist residence *** of recent construction (2011), this crossing apartment of 37m² is in perfect condition; for health reasons, it is non-smoking.
The living room is bright and opens onto a south-east facing balcony (5m²), sunny all morning until around 1 p.m. It is notably equipped with a two-seater BZ sofa and an air conditioning system.
In the very functional kitchen, you will have all the equipment you need today (including crockery for 6 people, ceramic glass table with 4 fireplaces, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.), raclette machine, crunch machine. -Sir, and picnic basket included!
In the master bedroom, also facing south-east, you will be woken up by the sun's rays (summer!).
The sleeping area (6m²), separate from the other rooms, is equipped with bunk beds which will delight two children.
Finally, in the bathroom, you can take a bath in a real bathtub; separate wc.
Outdoor parking reserved for residents, swimming pool heated in summer and secure, individual ski locker adjoining the apartment.
800m from the cable cars located in the city center, shuttle (small train) between the residence and the cable cars throughout the winter period (journey time 7 '). Possibility to rent a secure ski locker at the Ax les 3 ski area;
Summer leisure: hiking, horse riding, climbing spot, via ferrata, mountain biking, mountain lakes; thermo-play center (Bains du Couloubret), cave visits (Lombrives, Niaux, etc.).
Winter recreation: alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing (Beille plateau), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding (Beille plateau), thermal spa, etc.
Spa (rheumatology, ENT).
