To be considerate of our neighbors and to ensure the safety of our guests, we employ Minut noise monitoring (decibel monitor) in the living room common area and a Ring camera (monitoring outdoors only), as no parties or unregistered guests are allowed at Atlantic Attitude. The Minut noise monitor only tracks decibel levels in the living room common area. The motion-activated Ring camera is placed on the exterior of the home.
You will also be asked to sign a liability waiver after your booking is confirmed. If the waiver is unsigned before check-in, the reservation will act as confirmation and acceptance of the liability waiver.

What stood out for me was the call from the host introducing herself and wishing us safe travels. That was a special touch and we felt very welcomed. The house was lovely and perfect setting for my family. Spacious and we all can gather and have a great time making memories. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed for our stay.
