The perfect beach House, located in West Bay Village directly on West Bay Beach. This beach-level unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a screened-in porch, dishwasher AC throughout. Great quality at a great price! Close to dining and diving!
Boat House Beach Suite is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. The office is a 3-minute walk away, and guests will be provided with our local phone numbers and will be available via phone, text, as well as messaging. We greet all of our guests at the office so they know how to find us. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Boat House Beach Suite is located in West Bay Village directly on Roatan’s West Bay Beach. It is an oasis of 8 privately owned homes directly on West Bay Beach on Roatan, Honduras. Each charming house was built in the traditional island style, with wood construction and spacious decks. All the houses are individually owned and therefore unique in their own charm and character. You will find each home fully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is located close to restaurants, bars and activities yet private.
Guests have access to unlimited wifi and there is cable TV in the living room. There are beach loungers on beach for guest use.

Boat House-Beach Suite is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in West Bay Village. Surrounded by a tropical oasis of privately owned Caribbean cottages the house is within walking distance of West Bay`s bars and restaurants.
This rental is the beach level of the building only. The floor plan is open and airy with 9` ceilings and plenty of windows to let in natural light and airflow. Also included is generator power (in case of a power outage) and purified water throughout the home.
Guests will enjoy using the new 6-burner gas stove and full-size oven, and the dishwasher will give you more time to relax after cooking up your favorite meals. The kitchen also offers plenty of space for extra chefs. Dining can be enjoyed with air conditioning at the table inside the house or outside on the porch. The porch, with numerous jalousie-style windows that are screened, is a popular place for guests to sit and relax.
The open floor plan flows from the kitchen to the living area, which is bright and spacious with a comfortable couch and air conditioning, should you choose. The space can also be cooled with ceiling fans, should you wish to enjoy the island breeze. A 36" flat screen TV with local cable service provides video entertainment.
The first bedroom has a king bed with a pillow top mattress and an ensuite bathroom featuring a tiled shower with glass enclosure. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and glass doors leading to a private porch. Both bedrooms are spacious with great natural light, and they have separate AC units with remote control. A second bath also has a tiled shower and single vanity.
Outside provides more deck seating and a large gas BBQ grill, and there is an outdoor shower for rinsing yourself and your beach gear. There is an additional unit upstairs with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Consider renting the whole home if you have a large family or group.
West Bay Village is a cozy collection of 8 Caribbean-style homes located right on West Bay Beach. Each home is private in its own space, yet close enough to your neighbor to make it easy for a quick visit. This area is popular with groups due to this convenient and private arrangement of the homes. There is a beach area that offers all WBV guests beach loungers and a marked swim area.
We will arrange your airport transfer to West Bay if you wish, we do so for the majority of our guests.
Everything on West Bay Beach is within walking distance, so there is very little need for transport. Should guests want to leave West Bay, water taxis are available to West End and regular taxis are easily obtained.

We love the little neighborhood in West Bay Beach village. This is our second time staying in the village and first time in Boat House Owner's Suite (upstairs) and also rented the Boat House Beach House (downstairs). It was the perfect combination for 3 couples and 5 kids. Steps from the beach, where there is a 24 hours security guard who helped with chairs and kept our beach area private. Everything was perfect and we really appreciate Shanna and the staff who were very helpful with anything we needed.

The Boat House in West Bay Village was a gem of a spot! Picture this: just 100 steps to the beach and a reef so close you can skip the pricey snorkel tours and dive right in. Plus, the area is bursting with restaurants—more than enough to keep your taste buds entertained!Sure, it rained the entire time (we’re talking pouring, drizzling, misty—you name it), but the house was so comfy we didn’t even mind. It gave us a rare chance to huddle up and binge-watch movies as a family, something we never seem to do anymore.Now, about the “convenience” stores. They were walkable, but grocery stores? Not so much. Cooking wasn’t worth the hassle when we’d have to buy everything from oil to spices, so we left the kitchen untouched. And an umbrella? Bring your own as we could not find it anywhere. The restaurants, though? Fantastic! They happily take U.S. dollars, but dining out for every meal does add up fast. Worth it for the convenience and variety, though.The staff at the office were top-notch—friendly, efficient, and ready to handle everything, including airport transfers. As for security, the guard was incredibly nice (and carrying a gun, which surprised us), and police patrols on the beach added to the safe, welcoming vibe. Walking to a beachfront restaurant after dark felt completely fine.Oh, and snorkeling? Chef’s kiss. The reef right off West Bay Beach is amazing, so bring your gear and enjoy the underwater magic for free.All in all, despite the soggy weather!

The place is very nice and clean. AC works great. Plenty of room and can sleep 4 easily even though we just had 2. You are literally 80 steps from the beach ! We counted them! Great place to stay , highly recommend
