Pros: The Apartment by itself was nice and calm with a big nice terrace, but only with a lateral sea view. Jose is a very friendly host. Fast answers with WhatsApp. You have your own parking space in the underground car park und enough parking space in front of the building complex. Good Wifi with Mobile Router. Cons: The apartment was okay, but definitely in need of some maintenance. We expected something better for the money. We were consciously looking for an apartment with dishwasher and oven. The dishwasher didn't work at all. In the oven only the bottom heat worked which meant you have to wait one hour to get it warmed up and then have everything burned from the down side and squishy on the top. The master bedroom and bath room were too cold for use. The air condition was only in the living room. (We had a surprisingly cold week in Dec). Additionally several minor issues that are not annoying on their own, but in total. A few repair and maintenance jobs would upgrade the actual status again.
