Welcome to Richmond Waupaca Cabin, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This beautiful log home is a prime Waupaca getaway. Enjoy the wooded lot and expansive home.
The Space:
With 3 stories of finished space, you'll find 4 bedrooms, 3 full and one half bathrooms, a large kitchen, two living rooms, a game room with a poker table and dart board, and Smart TVs throughout. Outside, enjoy a covered wrap around porch, pond, fire pit, and cabana all in this large private yard. No matter the weather, you will find plenty to do to enjoy your vacation!

-Garage access available for storage but due to furniture inside possibly no parking available depending on size of vehicle.

-There is a Ring camera by the front door viewing the driveway for security when vacant
-This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations.
-Property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.
-This property allows up to 1 well-behaved dog. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

We really enjoyed our stay. There was even snowfall towards the end of the week that my wife had never experience in her 60 years. The setting of cabin was most BEAUTIFUL for that experience, THANK YOU!

I really liked our stay at this cabin. Everything was great, but if they can add an outdoor hot tub and sauna, it will be awesome!

Contrary to the listing, there was zero garage parking because all 3 bays were blocked with furniture and outdoor equipment. So we had to park outside in subzero weather. The cleaners left thick dust in the MBR, coffee in the coffee pot, and food crusted on the frying pans and spatulas. When we alerted them to the problems, they didn’t send a crew to make it right. Just apologized that it hadn’t met OUR standards. Like, did it really meet YOUR standards?On the positive side, the kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook in once we scrubbed it. And the adjoining woods and pond and nearby Crystal River made for gorgeous winter walks.
