Self catering La Asomada for 6 people

Very nice and clean house. Heating, hot water and WiFi. work fine. Ideal for people who want to hike and spent a few days far away from tourist centers in a calm area. I would highly recommend this spot.

La Asomada was a great place to discover! The house itself is extremely lovely and it was easy and fast to feel that María and Francisco not only know how to take care of their guests, as well as they do it with much love. The house comfortably hosts 6 people. We were 2 though, so we enjoyed the place for ourselves. The kitchen was very cute and well equipped - it included a blender which was like a dream for me, and form my soup addiction. There were also fruits and water upon our arrival, which made us happy! The bedroom was super cozy and the bed very comfortable, with clean and soft bed clothes. The heating system was very decent! We mainly enjoyed having breakfast in the terrace, looking at mountains! And after a day of surfing or hiking around, we looked forward to return home, to La Asomada! We also enjoyed dancing around listening to the local radios! There is quite of privacy, which we appreciated a lot. We highly recommend it :) María was not only a host, she was a friend! And it is very worth to spend some time talking to both María and Francisco - we enjoy it very much. Great people to meet, great place to experience! Cierto que si podemos, vamos a volver! We have been here for 3 weeks in 2013 and now we are back again. If you like peace and quietness come to Asomada. You can walk and enjoy the mountains. If you want to visit the beach you can drive to Las Palmas or even to Maspalomas. The island is not too big and can be driven around in one day. The house is very nice. If you want you can stay here with 6 persons! Everything is there in the kitchen (including a oven and microwave), so if you like you can cook for your family. The grocery store is nearby in Vega de San Mateo or you can buy your food in the shop of the owners of the casa rural. You can also go out for dinner, but al lot of restaurants are closed during the evening. The house is very clean and the owners are very nice. Maria speaks very good English. If you like to speak Spanish you can practice your Spanish with the owners. Because the place is very quite you can sleep very well. The beds are good and we have had a very nice sleep. After 3 weeks we were totally relaxed.
