One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting property improvement project beginning October 1, 2026, including the construction of a brand-new pool and boardwalk area. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
To help you plan your stay, please review the following important updates:
- Pool Closure: The pool will remain closed throughout construction, with reopening anticipated in early spring 2027.
- Construction Noise: Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. Some phases may be louder than others.
- Beach Access: The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted. When necessary, guests can use the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
- Limited Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation. All guests must be properly registered to avoid towing or immobilization.
- Bicycle Rentals & Storage: On-site bicycle rentals and storage will be unavailable during construction. Personal bicycles must remain on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
- Beach Chair Service: Coastal Beach Service operates on-site from March 1 through October 31. Outside these dates, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. Rentals are also available through Redfish Rentals at 850-213-1240.

Our room had the best furniture! The balcony even had a table which most rooms didn’t offer. The balcony had several seating options that were so comfortable. Even the living room couch was comfortable. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing! Scenic Stays even provided travel size soap for showering, dishwashing and laundry. You can walk straight out to the beach from the condo. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I’ll be back again!

This is a gorgeous condo right along 30A. Adorably decorated & very clean, gorgeous beach & ocean view. The beach itself is lovely. Very easy to rent bikes right on the property. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, stores. Short bike ride or drive to anything on 30A.

The location and functionality of the property was great for myself and four other ladies. The check in process was sub-par. Both rooms had lights and fan that didn't work. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot. Alcohol bottle left behind curtain. We had to purchase light bulbs to put a light on the bathroom vanity. The fan and light didnt work in the other room, but a floor lamp was provided. I was most annoyed at not EVER receiving a code to check in and kept getting voicemail. We checked in an hour late trying to get the property manager to gain access to our condo. Unacceptable.
