Spacious apartment in Ponta Negra, 30m from the beach, balcony, oceanfront view.

This place was great! There's a king-sized, Sealy bed, so we slept really well, vs. other places in Brazil that tend to have really hard beds. There is a patio and a great view of the beach, which is a 30 second walk away. This is in the heart of Ponta Negra, the best beach in Natal. The hotel staff are really nice and very helpful, and the owner and his assistant are friendly and in touch. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator, and the blender is super powerful & excellent for making smoothies. You can walk to local restaurants & a small supermarket, and take a bus to several big malls & larger supermarkets. Great air conditioning--one in each room! Excellent, big flat screen TV and guess what? Some English channels too! This was a first for us in a month of Brazil traveling. At this place we got CNN in English, and some English shows on TNT, WB, and a few other channels. TV also has HDMI hookup, so we used our cable to watch movies we had downloaded on our laptop. The WIFI signal wasn't super, but worked well enough in half the place, and there is an Ethernet cable too, which worked better. The place is quiet, modern, and clean, and we highly recommend it. Our 2 week stay was great!
