The interior décor of this property is modern and spacious. The home is beautifully decorated. The property has high ceilings, two fireplaces, and offers all your essentials such as cooking ware, extra linens, toiletries, washer/dryer, and AC in every room throughout the home. Additionally, all four smart tv’s came with Apple-TV, Hulu, Amazon, Netflix and more. No personal sign-in required. This was a plus for our family of four as we all enjoy watching different shows on different platforms when we unwind. During our stay, we invited 6 guests over for lunch, and the large kitchen island and 6-seater dining table along with the spacious open floor plan easily accommodated everyone. This property was a last-minute booking. We literally booked less than 24-hours before check-in. We had a family emergency and wanted to be within near proximities of a certain location. This was our first time staying in the SW side of ATL. Upon arrival, the neighborhood appeared a bit impoverished; however, it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful both day and night. There were cameras outside the home, as well as a home alarm system for added security, which gave us some comfort. There were no issues in the neighborhood or with-in the home for the duration of our 4-day stay. Communication with the owner was brief and prompt. Instructions were clear and pricing was excellent for the spacious open floor plan. I would definitely book this property again.

The location is excellent, it met our needs, and the apartment is very nice. It's an older property, but they remodeled it well. The design is beautiful.What I would recommend is that you thoroughly clean the floor vents and some corners of the place.And I would also recommend fumigating the place because there were some small ants in the kitchen and a wasp got into the room.
