About this house rental

Great house for friend or family reunions! 5 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. 4 full and 4 single beds make for flexible sleeping arrangements. Unique mix of private and party space. One-minute walk to Bay or Ocean. House is airy and open with a roof deck, large deck off the common room and spacious screen porch. Wifi. Well equipped kitchen with cookware , dishware and dining table for 12 to 14. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee and espresso maker, blender. Gas and charcoal grills. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large outdoor and indoor showers. Sheets and towels included. Pets welcome.

The house is on a barrier island, nestled in a lovely grove of holly and cherry trees, steps from the Great South Bay and Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by many miles of Watch Hill National Seashore Wilderness.

There are no cars on Fire Island. Take a 20 minute ferry ride to a different world.

This property was perfect for our family and friends reunion! Very spacious and comfortable. This house was has a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, towels and more! The host is wonderful and quick to respond. Looking forward to staying again in the future! Great House! Great location!

We had a great stay in Davis Park! The house was exactly as advertised - and comfortably fit all 12 of our guests. Steps away from the beach and bay. Had everything we needed - towels, sheets, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Cannot wait to come back next year! Thank you!
