A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

The home was cute and adequate for our needs, though a little disappointing compared to the attractive staging and photos used on VRBO. Owners were responsive and made an effort to address what shortcomings we brought to their attention. The firepit was the deciding factor for choosing this rental, however, the reality was very different from the marketing photos. Two of the four chairs were broken and the backyard was a mess. Not the end of the world, but still disappointing. On the other hand, the beds and pillows were super-comfortable. The air conditioning kept the home very comfortable in the humid Orlando climate. Plenty of soap and shampoo and conditioner, however, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We bought more and left more toilet paper behind than when we arrived. Again, first world problems, but when competing with hotels for customers, it’s a small expense to provide a backup roll in a cabinet. Whatever. I would categorize the place as average.
