Set in a quiet, green residential area of Nuevo Portil, Villa ALMALE welcomes up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. The beach is a 10–15 minute walk away and Nuevo Portil Golf is nearby.
A HOME FOR ONE OR TWO FAMILIES
The villa has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate WC, a spacious living room opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. The layout offers generous shared spaces while preserving privacy.
BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING
There are three bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including no more than 6 adults, to preserve everyone’s comfort.
GARDEN, POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING
The private enclosed garden of approximately 800 m² includes a secure outdoor pool, lawn, sun loungers, a covered terrace and an Andalusian patio. Large glazed doors connect the living room to the garden. A gas barbecue is available.
COMFORT AND AMENITIES
The villa includes fibre Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, insect screens and easy free street parking directly in front of the house. There is no fixed air conditioning; mobile air-conditioning units and fans improve comfort during the hottest periods.
BEACH, GOLF AND THE COSTA DE LA LUZ
The beach is within a 10–15 minute walk. Nuevo Portil Golf is nearby; Golf El Rompido’s North and South courses are a short drive away, set in the Río Piedras marshlands and close to the village of El Rompido. The villa is also a convenient base for exploring El Rompido, the beaches of the Costa de la Luz, the marshes, protected natural areas, coastal villages and the Huelva region.

Parties, events and noisy gatherings are not permitted. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours and the property. Pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Te house and the area is very nice and recommendable for families. We spent an agreeable week there. The house was clean and everything was functional. However, I would recommend to have WiFi for the guests included.
