● No outdoor shoes to be worn in the home.
● No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

●FRIDAY- place the black trash bin and Green Recycle Bin Located in the driveway at the end of the driveway, facing the road on FRIDAY Morning, Please
● Use Black Towels labeled MAKEUP to remove makeup.
● No pets. Due to host’s extreme and severely detrimental allergies to animal dander, we can not host animals of any kind. This includes assistant animals, emotional support, and service animals.
● Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
● No parties and events are allowed.
● Dinners and brunches are allowed when approved by the host.
● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved over night visitors. Unapproved guests are $100.
● The guest who booked the unit must check in and must be present during the entire reservation.
● Tampering with any equipment such as google nest smoke detectors, co2 detectors, any sensors and wifi is grounds for termination of the reservation without a refund.
● Kindly remove the garbage and leave the garbage in the large black bin outside. Bottles and cans can be placed in the green bin

Place the black trash bin and Green Recycle Bin at the end of the driveway on FRIDAY Morning
***Kindly Bring Both bins back to the nook in the driveway on Saturday evening.
● If you dirty it , clean it
●Kindly place furniture in their original place when checking out.
● We ask that you leave the kitchen as clean as you originally saw it
● Additional guests that are not accounted for must be approved by the host with an additional fee $$

There are cleaning supplies under the cabinets and in the closet adjacent to the powder room.
$ FEES: Smoking on the property will result in a $600 charge.
$ FEES: Having a pet during your stay will result in a $500 charge.
$ FEES: Cleaning request during stay
