A holiday directly on the sea! The peculiarity of this apartment is its direct access to the beach, crossing only the Pinetina Catucci that runs along the coast.

Apartment on the ground floor with private entrance, private garden and a veranda with table and chairs. Located north of Pineto. Living room with double sofa bed, cooking corner, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom. The price includes: energy costs, final cleaning, beach service (1 ombrella + 2 chairs), bed linen and towels (first provision).
