This newly renovated, private apartment-style basement is the perfect home away from home. The unit has its own private entrance located at the back of the house with self check-in via keypad for your convenience.

*Laundry, all in one wash and dryer for your comfort, so you don’t have to change the clothes between the washer and dryer

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from Valley Regional Hospital, downtown shops, restaurants, and parks.
Guests have shared driveway parking and complete privacy inside the unit.

Very nice place with great facilities: kitchen, laundry etc. Located in a subdivision a fair distance from town (30 minute walk).
