The apartment is on the beach and 5 minutes walking to subway/metro stop.
Taking the subway/metro in 10/15 minutes you are in Porto downtown. In 15 minutes at the Airport.
You have surf, wind surf and bodyboard all year, around the corner (over 20 schools and rental stuff available). The best fish and seafood restaurants in our country are in our neighborhood.

The Porto Beach Apartment is a great sweet space with a modest living room, decent kitchen, good bed and good bathroom. The area is amazing, so close to the bus and metro, restaurants, services. A block off the beach, there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood because it is getting very popular. The price is excellent considering the popularity of the area. Ana is a good manager and bailed us out when we locked ourselves out.

We hade a very pleasant stay, the appt was very close to all ingredients to have a nice holiday. Good restaurants and the beach , the metro and a supermarkt nearby. Ana was very helpfull to help us out with all our requests. A real recommendation!

A great place in Matosinhos to spend the holidays and I imagine it’s a great place for the summer months. It is a 1 minute walk to the main beach and the unit has a peek-a-boo view of the beach. A grocery store is on the next block and the unit is on a street that has many restaurants. The metro is a 5 minute walk away. The unit is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 young children. The owners were fabulous to deal with (even made sure I was greeted in my Christmas Day arrival). The unit was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen (with microwave, oven and dishwasher) and available garage parking (though I did not drive). I would definitely stay at this unit again and I recommend this unit. Obrigado!!
