About this apartment rental
Close to the beach of Anse-à-l'Ane and in the heart of the village, I offer for seasonal rental a single storey gite for 4 people with mezzanine, NOT OVERLOOKED.
Large, tastefully renovated one-bedroom apartment, the apartment is located at the end of a holiday residence with swimming pool.
You can enjoy the terrace and the private enclosed garden of 130 m² not overlooked with the deckchairs and the Weber barbecue.
The apartment is made up of a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. Another bed for 2 people is on the ground floor (possibility of 2 single beds or a large double bed).
The apartment is air conditioned.
The kitchen is equipped (large fridge, freezer, 4 burners, oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) and is open on the terrace with a bar to enjoy the outdoors.
The bathroom is equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower, wc and sink.
Tea towels, sheets and towels are provided.
Wifi in the residence as well as a connection on the private network of the apartment.
Television, radio.
The apartment was completely refurbished in 2015.
Private and secure parking is also available inside the garden.
Car rental, mini-market, souvenirs and restaurants 50 meters from the apartment.

Just to say thanks for a reasonable stay. On the surface the Gite is lovely, however we did find some important things lacking.
One being there is no can opener, no Cork screw for wine (very important in France).There was no welcome pack which we understood there would be for when we had arrived. (this was provided at Number 38 where we stayed the first two weeks. Yes we did expect that there would be sufficient toilet paper there as well...and to be told by you this is not a hotel, well that's terrible.. Another thing is the bulb had had gone out in the porch area out side so we sat In the dark for four days. As you know there is only one anyway the other has been disconnected. We did contact you for Pascale's e mail but you never replied.
When we was leaving on the 10th we managed to show Pascale the problem of the light and we think she sorted it. But it would have been nice to done this whist we was staying
Apart from this we had a lovely time, sadly the car we had on hire from Europcar was vandalized on the 9th by someone one with a key or knife.
