This space is very cozy and offers an escape to a historic city revitalized to one of the coolest small towns in Georgia. There is always something happening in Downtown Woodstock and you are just a stroll away. Woodberry is a 3BR, 2/1/2 BA that sleeps 6. A freshly renovated townhome that offers everything you’ll need for your short-term visit. Two of the bedrooms offer queen-sized beds while the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The master bedroom offers a full sized dressing room and closet. There is a washer and dryer, smart TV’s in the living area and master bedroom. In the kitchen, you will find an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig with supplies. There is also hi speed internet. Nice updated, clean properly. Near restaurants and grocery stores. Only complaint, no cable. You have to use APS (if own thm) to watch sports.

We came in town for a celebration of life for a loved one. The owners were very kind and worked with us on necessary dates. Loved the decorations in the home and the three bedrooms and four beds fit our situation perfectly. Fantastic communication from the owners and we were very happy with the entire process. Loved the snacks! Thank you very much for everything!

I enjoyed my stay at this property and felt safe. The condo complex does not present well initially until you have a better understanding of the neighborhood culture. I encourage you to take this opportunity to visit this condo as it is beautiful inside, and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything I needed to effectively run a home base for a week. It's proximity to DT Woodstock is spot-on and I appreciated the nearby entertainment venues and restaurants. My concerns with the exterior of the property and the neighborhood were many of the residents parked their cars on their front lawns, not in their respective driveways, or along the street curbing. Where is the HOA for this complex? Why is parking allowed on the lawn? The unit I stayed in had an expansive dedicated driveway solely for the purpose of this unit. Plus, this condo complex like many others along Dupree are located a half mile from a dilapidated, rundown trailer community referred to as Little Mexico. I never once felt unsafe; though, hope one day the residents of the trailer park can take action to present their community better as aesthetically, it is very unpleasing and unsettling as a solo, single traveler. The property management team communicated well and accommodated any requests I had. Take a chance on this property - you will not be disappointed on its offerings. Just don't turn right as you exit the condo complex and ignore the parked cars on the lawns. Remember, you are only there as a visitor

Property is great. Walked downtown every night. Krista was always available if needed, but everything was in perfect order. We will definitely be repeat customers!!
