Edgewater Beach Resort is a 110 acre Oceanfront Paradise. Our Resort Condo is a beautiful newly remodeled and updated unit. The updated kitchen has everything you need to eat-in and we are close enough to everything if you want to eat-out.
Must be over 25 years of age and present and responsible for all guests, the entire stay to rent.
Our Deluxe, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Golf/Tennis Villa Sleeps up to 6 comfortably. The bedrooms feature one King Bed and two Queen Beds. Queen Sofa bed in living room.
There is an additional charge for over 6 guests.

Edgewater Beach Resort is Panama City Beach's best full-service/full amenity Resort.
You have access to the Resort's Private Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, Lagoon Pool and Ocean Front Restaurant and a total of 11 pools and 4 Hot Tubs. All amenities are available to our guests, and many are free! You will not find that at a Hotel or at most condos.
Our condominium is located on the Golf /Tennis grounds with only a short walk (or take the complimentary shuttle) to the Lagoon Pool, Beach and Oceanfront restaurant! The main gate entrance is manned 24/7. The grounds and golf course are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained.
The condominium is a large second floor unit (1245 Sq. Ft.). Mirrored walls in the living room make it look even more spacious. You will find the new paint, new carpet and decor very inviting and we hope that you will feel very much at home
The Living Room and Master Suite overlook a beautiful lake with fountain and is stocked with fish and turtles.
The second bedroom overlooks the Tennis Court /Shuffleboard /Basketball area. The balcony is a great place to keep an eye on the children while they play.
The Master suite has a walk-in closet, large vanity, a separate bathing area with a garden tub. Great linens, deluxe towels, and two hair dryers are included. Streaming service, Three New Wall-mount Flat screen TVs with new DVD players, Coded Entry system, two balconies, a beach restaurant and 10 pools make this Vacation Condominium 'Living in Luxury'. And parking is just outside your door.
Written Notification of Cancellation must be made via email or regular mail.
Trip cancellations Made 60 days before the date of stay to receive a Full refund less $30.00 handling fee.

I was looking to book a family vacation pretty last minute and stumbled onto this property, and I’m so glad I did! After reading so many good reviews, I booked right away and it didn’t disappoint! This condo was so comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the week (pots, pans, pool stuff, box fans, and beach chairs). Not to mention the AC was so cool after a long day on the beach! It was heavenly! The bedrooms and living room had soft carpet which we loved! It was so nice to not have random sand sticking to your feet while getting into bed or relaxing on the couch, and it made it feel more homey! The bedrooms were spacious, had smart tvs, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms also had their own balconies and everything was decorated so pretty as well. We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with our coffee watching the ducks and turtles in the pond. This place is gated and across the street from the condo and beach with access to all the amenities. We enjoyed the big beachside pool and the little more private pools close to our rooms. They also have tennis courts, a restaurant and beach store on the property. The private walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all and a tram is available, which was so helpful on the super hot days! Communication with Michael was fantastic. He was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the week! I can’t recommend this property enough! We will definitely be back!

We came down for an event at Edgewater/vacation. The condo is perfectly located, both right next to the event center and the bridge to the beach area, and close to several pools!

Great place in Panama City Beach. Comfortable and conveniently close to everything. Communication with owner was a breeze, which made things even easier. Loved it and would stay there again.
