The 12` x 24` in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax. The depth is 5 feet all the way across. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy for Homes: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
*ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.*
POOL NOTICE: POOL CANNOT BE HEATED DECEMBER 1-FEBRUARY 29. In addition, if outdoor temperature is below 55 degrees anytime of the year, the pool cannot be heated.
If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per day charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heat is set at 83 degrees and temperature cannot be adjusted. Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*Disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The home was beautiful with all the amenities. The elevator was very nice with older folks. Both floors had their own laundry rooms which made laundry with a large family super easy to keep up with clean towels and clothes. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Two refrigerators. The sound view was nice to watch the sunset over. The pool was a little chilly even with 95 degree weather in the evenings. The location was super nice and convenient to the beach. If you like shopping and things to do, it’s a bit of a hike to Pensacola or Ft. Walton for touristy stuff (and Target) but if you like quiet and a neighborhood feel, this is the place! One of the charms of Navarre is the less tourist vibe. We love it and will be back!

The home was beautiful just like the website said. The kitchen was beautiful as well and big enough for a large family. The elevator was a plus we had one family member who could not do stairs so the made it great being able to enjoy the whole house. The pool was perfect for us great outside area plenty of seating area. The beach was just a short walk. The views at night when the sun sit were beautiful. The restaurants in the area were delicious great seafood. It is a must vacation for all. We will come back. The LeBert’s
