Magnificent, extremely comfortable villa for a maximum of 4 to 6 people. Villa in a private condominium of more than 1,300 m2 comprising 4 villas side by side. Shared swimming pool. Parking inside the property. A private patio area of 60 M² with BBQ behind the villa. The patio can be open or closed. Must see.

This villa is great for a family or two couples with children. The villa, originally for 4 people, has been adapted to accommodate two more. This is a maximum.
The villa is cosy. It has everything you need for your comfort. It offers plenty of facilities. There's a large swimming pool on the property. There's a lawn area for you to stroll around. Your car is inside the property. Make new friends! You want to have an aperitif without disturbing your interior! You can have a chat at the outdoor table by the lawn. Or you can welcome your guests on the patio, which you can open or close as you wish.

A lovely villa in quiet location with everything we needed including the swimming pool, barbecue and gardens to sunbathe in.

Miami Platja is a great base for a holiday and Casa Roger is a lovely home to stay at. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and there is a large BBQ out the back. The glass doors fold entirely back to create a shaded terrace where you can eat or take a break from the sun. The local area has many beaches with activities, snorkeling and lots of restaurants and bars. We have had a lovely holiday.
