Space for large gatherings. Big back yard with splash pad, hot tub, gazebo, tetherball, fire pit and a built-in trampoline. Foosball table & game table upstairs in loft with 75" TV. Long driveway to park many cars and close to city center. Centrally located.

The kids had a great time using the trampoline, splash pad and hot tub. We rented this property with the plan to spend a lot of time outside, and we really enjoyed the backyard space.

Great place to stay with kids! Plenty of beds, big couches for movie nights, large table for meals, games, books, and toys in the closet. The splash pad, tetherball, and trampoline were a hit with the kids. Jeff was communicative and easy to work with, check-in and check-out was a breeze. The house is next to a walking trail, and there was plenty of room in the garage for bikes.

Not clean, dirty under beds, tile was clean but edges were not, something gross on onside of fridge door, rocks from outside in one of the cooking pots, pots old and not non-stick, some cups in cabinet were dirty. Lots of towels though!
