About this apartment rental
TOTAL FIT - maximum 08 adults (+ 2 children), being 3 original rooms + * 1 eventual reversible bedroom in the living room: 1 suite (front - 1 double queen bed) + 1 bedroom (front - 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) + 1 suite (KITNET - 1 double and 1 single box) and the eventual - 4th bedroom * in the front of the room (double sofa bed, separated and private by a sliding panel).
FIT WITHOUT A 'KIT' - if the maximum number of people is up to 6, I give the option of renting the fit without the rear suite (Kitnet - which is part of and integrated with the fit, however it can be 'isolated and excluded') rental, with a lower value, but only out of season and holidays).
• Facing the sea and 25m from the sand; 1st floor (3rd floor - No use of lifts);
• Located very close to the North-South border of Praia Central It is the 'sandwich filling' Shopping Atlântico (Av. Brazil) & Mar; At the best point of restaurants and commerce; Near Alvin Bauer Street, which connects to Br 101; So it is a good landing option for those going to Beto Carrero World;
• A large and easily accessible parking space (fits double cab van or Van); Apt with two independent entries; Ventilated, bright environments, with sun in the bedrooms and living room all morning;
• Three bathrooms with showers: one suite, one bedroom and a full kit (double bed, TV, air conditioning, minibar, microwave, electric stove and full bathroom);
• Three bedrooms: 1 with box queen; 1 with double box, single bunk and split air conditioning; 1com double box and single box and split air. With the possibility of the 4th private bedroom in the living room (sliding panel and double sofa bed);
• Large cabinets with mirrors; Bed, table and bath linen; Washer and dryer; American kitchen with all utensils (cutlery, plates, bowls, grill, oven and microwave, cold water filter and tap with filter); Large Duplex Refrigerator; Two Led TVs (55 ”and 42”); High speed and wireless broadband internet; Electric rotating barbecue.

Exactly as described, excellent view of the ocean from three windows of the apartment. The washing machine is also a dryer. The front desk of the building was always there and very helpful. You can walk outside and right there to the many stores, the passing bus which stops in front of the building, or to the sea. The parking spot for the unit was large. The bathrooms were good with hot water.
