About this house rental
nicely renovated home in a quiet residential neighborhood. close to shopping and all attractions. this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home has a fenced yard, a beautiful heated, in ground pool, front load washer and dryer .All utilities are provided, including, cable T.V. , and wireless internet. all bedrooms have queen beds, and two have smart TV's. The property is close to SR528, which is a quick ride west to Orlando, or east to Port Canaveral and the cruise terminals. As of 3/15/20 we are using Virex Tb during our cleaning process.

The outdoor area wasn't exactly as advertised, but the pool was taken care of during the week we were there. The inside of the property was very comfy and clean. The closets in two of the bedrooms were full/cluttered so we couldn't use them, which made the rooms feel crowded because of suitcases having to sit around. The kitchen was nice and easily accessible for making meals. The location is great because the grocery store is super close, and you're not directly in the middle of touristy chaos. All in all, a great stay and we would book again.

Was a good visit and overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was good - pretty close to beaches and amenities. Michael-Host was helpful and cordial up to and including check-in. We spent a lot of time at the pool Unfortunately after bad winds and several days of storm the pool guy never showed to clean it as advertised. We netted it frequently and did fine. We preferred the pool to the beach so a lot of our attention was focused there. A thorough cleanup of the yard and removal of leaves would make a huge difference to the pool area and yard and help get the full potential from this property. We we were pretty disappointed in the condition of bathroom fixtures and overall cleanliness inside. First, tub spout would barely let water through - filled it using the shower wand. Master shower barely trickled. Bathrooms are important! Kitchen had new granite countertops and was equipped, but a real hodge-podge. Too many pans, not near enough mixing bowls, plates, no cereal bowls to speak of. Newer tile floors were nice but we little swept up and removed hair “piles” in every room and bathroom - kinda gross. Clearly it’s pet friendly because the sofas and chairs were covered. They need to be cleaned better. We swept and scrubbed all the floors so we could stand them without shoes. Linens and towels were adequate. W&D we’re outside in a tool room/shed at the front of the carport. Worked fine, but the area was filthy and posed some challenges with clean laundry. Truck and motorcycle occupied half of the carport which wasn’t a problem for us there were only two of us with one car, but the oil slick running out from under the truck and down the driveway is a mess and sure is an eyesore. Given the condition the price was probably a bit high, With some TLC, we’d consider going back.
