Villa Inés is located in a residential area, on the top of a small hill, with unobstructed views over the Bay of Alcudia. The situation is ideal, as it is only 2 minutes to the motorway access. 30 min to Palma, 15 min to the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, Muro, Can Picafort and Pollensa.

Pros: Beautiful views, privacy and quiet surroundings.
Cons: A very narrow and winding road leads to the villa. It is not suitable for large vehicles. However, it is not a problem for medium and smaller cars.
