About this cabin rental

Aspen Cabin is one of two personal sleeping cabins at WhisperingWoodsAKcabins. It includes a toilet and sink while a cooking and bathhouse cabin is just a few steps away. Each sleeping cabin has a minifridge and its own private deck as well as seating inside. The communal kitchen/bathhouse has a small kitchen, dining table, coffee station, microwave, laundry facilities with soap, and two complete bathrooms with tiled showers. Other shared amenities include a gas BBQ, chest freezer, and outdoor fire ring with a swing around grill

This cabin is conveniently located for fishing on the Kasilof- just 15 minutes from the Kasilof River State Recreation Area and boat launch. It is a really nicely built cabin with finishing touches. Just a bedroom and half bath with electricity and heat. There is pleasant lighting, neutral decor (unlike the kitschy moose/bear of many similar cabins around Alaska), a big window, a small table, little refrigerator, chair and two benches, as well as a covered porch. Additionally, there is a kitchen and bathhouse ten feet away with shower and laundry facilities. A fire pit and chairs rounds out the space.
