Definitely an excellent solution for a memorable stay in Venice.
Exceptional for position, brightness, view, designers and decorators, comfort (2 elevators at the floor), services, finishes and equipment, modular use.
Adapted for couples, families, adults and children (children under 4 years are our guests) but also for the elderly and disabled.
New building, designed by a famous Italian architect, nice, very bright, quiet, spacious balconies, amazing view on the Giudecca Canal and the fireworks of the Redeemer (July 16, 2011), all comfort, Discount for length of stay, completely renovated in spring 2010.
One of the very few apartments available for short rentals in Venice, suitable to host, in luxurious environments and contexts, up to 10 people.

Wine cellar at the floor, cooled to the proper serving temperature, with a wide selection of excellent white wines, red and sparkling Italian (over 100 labels) from over 10 regions, at very affordable prices not available elsewhere.
