About this house rental
*New inground pool and hot tub. Pool is available May - September. Open concept on Lake Greenwood, this beautifully constructed 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home will offer an amazing family vacation. This upscale home has many areas to enjoy your time at the lake. The deck has many seating areas that will please everyone. The observation deck has a dining table that is shaded all day. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, hang out in the gameroom where you can play pool, foosball, or darts. The home is a peaceful retreat to come home to after a day of boating.
The space
Our home has a space for everyone. If kids want to watch tv, they can hang out in the downstairs tv room. There is a game room for rainy days or for nighttime fun. The home is near Skippers on the Lake where you can rent jet skis or a boat. They also have food and gas if you dock your own boat.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
This is a very peaceful area of the lake. Big, deep water with the best views!
For guests safety and for security of the property, there are outdoor security cameras located on the back and front of the house. Security cameras are only located on the outside of the home.

It was a beautiful house and we had a beautiful stay! We wish the dock was a little bit more cleanly but was a big deal as we stayed mostly around the pool area.

We will definitely be back. The home was exactly as described and better stocked than we expected. Kids loved the lake and pool. Pool was clean the entire time we used it. Couldn’t have found a better getaway spot to relax and enjoy time together.
