Family villa of 240 m2 in a very quiet area. Villa completely renovated in 2016.
Exceptional location, 5 minutes 'walk from a pretty cove and 15 minutes' walk from the magnificent D-Day landing beach via the coastal path. (5 min by car)
Facing south, the CAMAAL villa, built on a 2200 m2 plot, offers a splendid panoramic sea view from Cap Lardier to the Ile du Levant in Cavalaire-sur-mer, the swimming pool, the dining area, the living room and that of all the rooms.
Located in a private domain, called Bouillabaisse, the villa is Provencal style and, very rare situation in the region for a sea view villa, offers a flat landscaped garden that will delight and delight children.
12 x 5 m heated infinity pool with alarm. The pool and the garden are maintained.
Petanque lovers can indulge their passion with a real bowling green.

The ground floor has an open kitchen opening directly onto the terrace, a dining area as well as a living room with large bay windows, with fireplace, open onto the terrace and the garden.
The ground floor includes 2 bedrooms including the master suite with its large bathroom and a dressing room.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms open onto a large terrace with a superb panoramic sea view.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and the bedding for the whole house is new.
The villa is also equipped with new, high-end outdoor furniture from the MANUTTI brand: large table for lunch or dinner at 10. Outdoor lounge area, 3 large parasols, 8 deckchairs.
Payments can be made via the ABRITEL online service at an additional cost of 3% of the total rental amount.
We refuse all rentals to groups, young or old, but also for events such as weddings, birthdays, various parties ...
The tourist tax is 2 euros per day and per person. The site invoices you directly 0. 88 € / night / person (+18 years). You must give the difference to the owner with the deposit, that is 1. 12 € per night per person over 18).
