About this house rental
This traditional Cycladic house is located in Ag. Ioannis Tripitis, at the southeast part of the island. It is built in a 6.500 m2 full of olive and fig trees. It accommodates 6 to 8 persons, while is 450m away from the Beaches of Tripiti and Glyfa, less than 3km from the beach of Farangas , 10 minutes drive from the airport and 20 min. drive from the port of Parikia. Τhe property consists of a main house in two floors with 3 double bedrooms. Two portable beds are available. Each of them has access to great verandas overlooking at the above mentioned beaches, the islands of Naxos, Koufonissi, Iraklia and Ios, 2 bathrooms and a WC, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with separate veranda and a spacious living room, with LCD TV, fireplace and dinning room.
Below the main house at the ground floor, there are 2 beautiful guest apartments:
- A 2-double bedroom apartment/2 bathrooms, and
- A 1- double bedroom apartment/1 bathroom. Both with their own fully equipped open plan kitchen/living room/TV and spacious verandas overlooking the sea. Both guest houses are available to rent seperately.

The house is very nice, spacious, with nice rooms, arranged on two floors and large terraces with beautiful view, where you have a very nice lunch or dinner. Well furnished, comfortable, equipped with all appliances. Great location, with two small beaches reachable in a few minutes by car.
The owner is very kind, helpful and very attentive to her guests.
This house was surely a contributing factor in our unforgettable holiday!

Diana's property was a really pleasant place to spend our holidays last summer and she was really kind with us with her advices about restaurants and nice beaches to go. I would recommend her house to everyone, it's comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed and from the nice terraces the panorama was really breathtaking!

My friends and I, we were 6, really loved our stay at the house, it was amazing! The location was perfect for us and everything we needed was there. The decoration and furnishing are at a high standard and most importantly it was very clean! Diana was very kind and helpful! Thinking of going again next year!!
