Get ready to relax in the fanciest 'retro' bathroom in town! Enjoy the convenience of having the whole-house to yourself, including a fully stocked kitchen. But who wants to cook when you can.......barbecue outside on the gas grill! Clean up quick so you can romance your honey on the porch... or lay-out on the private deck! Walk the vineyard to witness breath-taking views of Mt. Adams, as the sunsets. Tour Yakima's Premiere Wine Country. Sunland's Cottage is ideal for couples visiting Yakima on a weekend-getaway or a vacation! Conveniently located all within 3-15 minutes from most of Yakima's hotspots! (P.S. if you are allergic to animals, this is NOT your place! Also, since the cottage is situated on a working farm, expect to see crew polishing, priming and pruning the grapes during your stay, all in service to the fall grape harvest!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property in Yakima! From the moment we arrived where we met Jenny and Julia, we felt at home. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine from their vineyard and a dozen farm fresh eggs, introduced us to their pet sheep, took us to the top of the hill for a view of Mt Adams, and walked us through the lovely home that was like walking into the past. The house had all of the modern amenities and was clean and comfortable, but it reminded us all of going to grandma’s house. Before leaving, we even picked some raspberries to eat on the next part of our journey. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Yakima! Highly recommend!

Our family stayed in this beautiful cottage for two nights while in town for my daughter’s track meet. Friendly owner and daughter. Exceptionally clean rooms. The sheep, pond, the frogs croaking at night all made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you for having us! We hope to come back.

Tried to contact owner several times with no response. Property is very nice. Far too many rules though. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better.
