This elegant and welcoming apartment is located in a wonderful setting, in a fantastic and strategic location—a small village surrounded by greenery, with gardens and a shared pool, private parking, a garden, and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Large bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, living room with kitchen, dining area, TV with sofas, air conditioning with heating and cooling, bathroom with shower.
Outdoor terrace with a chestnut wood table, barbecue, outdoor shower, and water storage tank. The village is located in the hamlet of Monte Petrosu, 10 km from San Teodoro and 20 km from Olbia. You’ll find a very welcoming and peaceful bar just 20 meters away. A pizza restaurant is 300 meters away:

The accommodation was clean & tidy in a quiet well maintained complex. Excellent value with access to a pool.. We really enjoyed our stay & definitely recommend it as value for money. You do need a car to travel around & there are plenty of good restaurants & lovely beaches near by. There is no internet access but you can get wifi at a hotel 50 yards up the road called Lu Petroni. . Would definitely book again.
