Nice bungalow located in the best area of Gran Alacant.
The house has three floors:
- The second floor has a living-dining room , a kitchen equipped with all the

Pros: Thr beach is just around the corner and this is what we wanted as we don't like sitting at the pool all day. There is a communal pool but it is mostly occupied by the residents or other guests. Also the host was super nice and recommended a taxi driver who would come to pick us up whenever we needed. The house was nice and cosy, had everything that we needed, AC and Wi-fi. The water at the beach was amazing, clear, you could see small fish swimming next to you. There are also many restaurants to eat out. If you don't like to eat out there is a small grocery store 9 min walking from the house or you could take a taxi to get to lidl or aldi. We really enjoy our stay.
Cons: To be honest only one thing could be improved in the house - the matrraces. The beds were hard as rock and it was very difficult to sleep on them for all of us. It would be good if these were replaced. Otherwise I cannot complain.
