This beautiful premier custom home is freshly painted and all brand new furniture! Three bedroom two bath ranch house located in Spruce Creek Country Club by Del Webb. Florida's premier adult community just five miles from the Villages. This spacious ranch house features a all season 10x40 Lanai, master bedroom with king sized bed with a California walk-in closet and a private master bathroom with a garden tub that you'll just love. The guest bedrooms has a queen sized bed and two twin beds with a separate bathroom.
You can either enjoy dining at the cozy kitchen nook or in the lanai which has sliding Windows with screens and its own 60” flat screen television. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a 65” flat panel television.
This beautiful house includes new appliances, washer and dryer, cable TV with hi speed internet, local phone service and a two car garage.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everything was as listed, and there were no issues throughout my stay. The house was clean and had everything I needed. The host was extremely accommodating and flexible. Communication with the host was also straightforward. I would recommend this listing in a heartbeat.

Our 3 months here was delightful even in the midst of the pandemic. The home is lovely and very liveable--comfortable and nicely appointed with a well-stocked kitchen-- and the community is inviting full of amenities and friendly people. This part of Central Florida was interesting to explore. The owners could not have been more helpful or accommodating. All in all an A+ experience.

Staying in Craig's rental was amazing. Property was exactly as listed and he was very helpful if we had questions. I would highly recommend.

A beautiful home. It has everything anyone needs for an extended stay. There are two large bedrooms/two baths and a third room used as a bedroom. The master bath is aligned directly to that bedroom with tub, separate shower, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet with extensive shelving.The grounds are immaculate and the plantings surrounding the house are outstanding/beautiful. Craig, the owner, was always available by phone or e-mail to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. All appliances operated perfectly, the AC kept the house cool and very comfortable, and in doing laundry the screens on the garage, where the laundry was located, gave you an open, well lighted, and inviting space to get your clothes clean.
There is an emergency medical facility directly adjacent to the front entrance of the Spruce Creek community and in the rear of the complex is another entrance/exit that can get you to and from shopping and other services quickly and easily.
The community has a very well appointed fitness center with a lap-lane pool which was used on an almost daily basis. The locker room was not spacious, but it was very clean with three terrific showers and certainly accommodating enough for the flow of the resident members in and out.
Anyone needing a place to stay in this area of Summerfield, FL., which is close to The Villages, would be hard pressed to find a better home with such a caring and attentive owner.
