About this house rental
Here it is! Our home for you and your family to enjoy nestled in the friendly and well-maintained Johnson Ranch community. Our home backs onto the 1st hole of San Tan Highlands 72 par public golf course. Featured is a 3 bedroom with a den that has a queen pull out bed and two bathrooms. Enough room to accommodate 8 guests. Rancher with no steps to climb, all furnished, with private pool and hot tub in the back yard. Watch the golfers go by from the deck of the brand new private pool... or if you prefer to meet new friends you can use 1 of the 3 community pools and children playgrounds.Sitting around the private gas fire pit in our oversized chairs is so relaxing. There are several restaurants and shopping withing minutes. A short drive away is Queen Creek mall for the more serious shoppers. Golf at Johnson ranch for an excellent course within moments of our home.There are many other options under a 20 minute drive.Our hope is that you will enjoy our get away as much as we do! Please be aware that heating the pool is an additional cost.

The house was great! It was stocked with everything we wanted or needed. The patio provided many hours of entertainment in the pool and hot tub, sitting at the fire pit, and watching the beautiful birds, rabbits, and the many golfers. The house was clean and well kept. We had a wonderful family vacation in this great home! It was very clean and had all the comforts of home! The host was great and communication was seamless. We appreciated the host checking in on the quality of our stay. Would definitely return!

We had Stayed 3 weeks at this beautiful place. The place was well maintained and was stock with everything you can think of in the kitchen. The place was clean. The pool can be heated along with the hot tub. We all enjoyed the pool area. The property owner Dave was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had in a very short time. I felt very safe walking around in the neighborhood. Its a great place to stay and we would definitely book this place again.
