Everything was clean except for the shower curtain liner. Had mold spots. There was no floor towel for getting out of the shower so the floor was wet most of the time. Also, we only had 2 bath towels for the weekend. As a women with hair, I would have liked to have one for my hair. messaged the owner and no response.

Great location. Spacious, back entrance is better during the day. Front entrance is best to use at night. Very quiet neighbors

Place was decently furnished, however, during cold weather, the property has poor insulation such that the thermostat had to be turned to 76 all the time, but it was STILL 64 in the kitchen. Also, the property managers are extremely slow to respond to cleaning snow/ice off property walkways (even including at the property entrance) which led to very unsafe ice accumulation and potential fall risks. For instance, there was heavy snowfall on a Sunday, and there was no crew or ice melt sent until Thursday afternoon. I had to use a broom to clear the walkways and driveway on Monday for 2 hours prior to going to work, and buy a shovel, salt, and sand to clear the ice myself on Wednesday given the extremely slippery and hazardous conditions. It was only until I called Vrbo myself Wednesday night to file a formal complaint and ask for a partial refund that the property sent their crew the next afternoon to put more salt down and shovel more. The property did not give me any partial refund, although they had the decency to reimburse me for what I bought several days after I asked for the refund.
