Attractive, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with free off street parking in Elie. Comfortably sleeps 4 in one double and one bunk bed room. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge also. The property is part of the Marine Park development a short walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor. There is ample on-street free parking directly outside. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Free Wifi in the property. The accommodation layouts are as follows:



Ground Floor - 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with bunk beds, 1 shower over bath WC, open-plan kitchen/lounge. Please advise if you wish to use the sofabed.

The property was perfect for us, very clean & tidy, Great location too.

Property was fine although it is now showing signs of wear since the pictures were taken. Could be improved by a freshen up of paint and the bedroom carpet’s shampooed to remove stains. Arrived at the house to find it cold as the heating wasn’t on, once switched on it did heat up slowly. All in all a nice property in a good location.
