Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.
→ PARKING - Two parking passes are included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage and use the pedestrian walkover bridge to access both Towers.
→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit—including towels and linens—the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

Unit was everything wet needed. Clean and plenty of space for the 5 us. There is a bar across the street that can get a bit rowdy but during the week not too bad. Great views. Great owner. Excellent experience!

Great location. Great condo. Great owner. I have stayed in many condos at the beach and this is one of the best. Already looking to next year!
