About this house rental
This beautiful 2 story House is nestled on a quiet street a very safe, family friendly atmosphere. Just about everyone in the neighborhood has lived there for many years. Our residence is equipped with all the essentials needed while on vacation/holiday. There are 6 very spacious bedrooms available. 3.5 baths. A game/lounge area and a beautiful loft with an office space for those traveling for work. You'll enjoy the awsome bike trail that is literally visible from our back yard, where you can enjoy a nice quiet walk or bike ride to further aide in a very relaxing experience. We are centrally located in Orlando Florida. Minutes away from Disney world, Epcot center, Universal and so much more. I welcome you to enjoy this great home with your family and loved ones.

Great house and community! I definitely would stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of towels and linens. Overall a great place to stay especially with a large group of people.

My family was in the area for a funeral. It was a sad trip and we did not spend a lot of time at the house. It is a big house with lots of room in the living/dining/kitchen areas. We did spend time visiting at the table in the kitchen. Kitchen was nice. All of us were so glad to be here and not in hotel rooms. The bedrooms were adequate (ceiling fans/TV's) but the beds are very soft - the kind that you sink into leaving a big dent you need to crawl out of. My brother decided the couch was better. So, if you like firmer beds ...maybe not for you. The bathrooms are in need of updating. They are original to the house and show a lot of wear and tear. But not gross and good enough for our needs.
It was 95 degrees so we did not spend any time on the back patio or the yard area. Back yard is fenced. There is a community pool. The code to get in did not work so cannot review it. Neighborhood was very quiet.
There are a lot of things available if you need them. Shower chairs, walkers, crib, bassinette, bicycles. Plenty of linens and also nice laundry area.
Check in was easy. Host supplied the code to front door and that code worked just fine. Internet worked fine too.
There were 7 of us (all adults) and staying here was much cheaper than getting hotel rooms. One thing I did not expect was that I had to purchase insurance or else put up a deposit. Never had to do that before. We are the kind of people that leave a place just as we found it.
