About this apartment rental
This is the ideal beachfront getaway! Completely updated penthouse studio (queen Murphy bed with high quality, memory foam mattress) with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Stocked with everything you need for an easy, breezy beach vacation in paradise! Beach front with large pool/hot tub and grilling area right on stunning Sand Key beach (just over the bridge from Clearwater beach.)
There is a variety of restaurants and shops right across the street, making it easy to grab a meal, ice cream, a new swimsuit or some essentials without having to drive or park! Sand Key beach has the same white sand and crystal clear water as it’s neighbor, Clearwater Beach, but is much quieter and less touristy. But when you’re in the mood for more action, Clearwater Beach is just over the bridge, a few short minutes away.
One assigned parking space is included as well as plenty of additional “visitor” parking spots. Managed by the owner, who is local, and will quickly answer any questions you may have. 30 day minimum rental is required.
Once you’ve stayed here, you will want to make it your home away from home!

November in Sand Key was amazing! The condo is perfect, with views that never get old! A bathing suit and flip flops are really all you need! Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with during my stay. The area has so many activities and traveling by trolley was the way to go. Walks on the beach, sand dollars, shark teeth, seeing dolphins in the water and wonderful people made this visit a memory that will be treasured for years to come!
