This Tropical Paradise awaits you in this beautiful 4br, 2bath house with 2 Living rooms! Home features saltwater HEATED pool and a hot tub without extra charge. Property is centrally located to all beaches, restaurants, entertainment, stores, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Closest beach 2.5 miles. The house has a private astroturf backyard, huge, covered patio deck that wraps around the saltwater heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and a private lake! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Tropical Paradise.

Therefore, it is very difficult to accommodate late check outs and early check ins, however, when possible, we will do our best to accommodate such requests.

Place was as pictured but pool was unusable as the heater was malfuncted according to the host so for entire stay the kids were unable to use the pool and the neighbor had a radio blaring between the fence most of our stay and often had people shining lights into the fenced area after dark but overall was easy to get to area beaches and places to eat. The house was roomy and looked like the pictures. Would give 5 stars if the pool was available to use as that is why we booked this house.

The property was just was photographed! Perfect amount of room for my extended family of eight. The outdoor area was absolutely great, we ended up spending a couple of days at the property instead of going to the beach!

Our family of 6 loved our stay in this Tropical Paradise! On our first night we a storm including hail popped up that left the internet down and outside pool area array. Garza quickly reached out to handle the internet and came by the next morning to clean up the mess outdoors. Her pool company also came to clean the pool. When I had simple questions, she responded quickly and was always pleasant. Her home is beautiful! and the pool plus courtyard is amazing! It had lots of room to spread out, cook outdoors, and enjoy family time. The beds were especially comfortable. We'll be back!!
