The Villa was very clean which is important to me. It was very nice and large. I liked that the toilet was in it's own space and that there were double sinks. The shower was nice and large. The bed was extremely comfortable! Everything worked in the villa. Plenty of towels were supplied. Loved the pool and hot tub. My only complaint was that my villa was next to the pool and the music was extremely loud the entire time. The host was always responsive to my questions before and during my stay. I would stay here again.

The only complaint I have is that it was a time share and there were several issues with booking my tour which led to wasting a large portion of my day Saturday. I realize i was not obligated to take the tour but was offered $200 and a free stay to do it.

Looking for a place to stay near Disney this is it! We were shocked how close it was! Nice to have stores and food within area. Only complaints were we called 2 times about cold water in shower and soaker tub. Told it was a “high use time” and to wait…never been told this at ANY other property and we travel a lot! Also we’re not told we would have to pay separately to use the water park for the kids. Heafty fee for half the slides closed.

Unfortunately the water park was down the whole time we were here. This was not communicated until after arrival. The wayer park was the main reason we chose this resort. Check in was a hassle and the staff at front didnt know anything when asked they had to ask someone else. Alot of other people got vouchers for the arcade at check in and we did not.
