About this villa rental
This 3 bedroom property is ideal for your holidays by the sea with family or friends. The beach is 2 steps away (20 meters). The Villa is fully opened on the outdoor living space and the tropical garden with a splendid pool in true mosaic and its 40 m2 pool deck , deckchairs and hammock, the outdoor lounge under the kiosk for the ti-punch and the BBQ... all you will need is the baguette and the fresh fish and fruits that you can find on the stalls of the village of Diamant (a short 15-minute walk either by the beach or by the marked footpath). The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay : High speed Internet, Kitchen with Dishwasher, Vitroeramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. ; Each bedroom has its own bathroom for more privacy , AC, and good quality bedding.

Well equipped and functional house. Great pool and pool area with privacy despite the close proximity to the beach. Very nice and clean tropical beach just 1 minute walk away. We visited in september and the beach was not crowded at all. Supermarket within walking distance but we recommend using the car. The host was very helpful and responsive. We can only recommend this house. A couple around the fifties travelling without children.

Enjoyed a wonderful Mother and Daughter trip. The house was well maintained and plenty of space for the four of us. We loved having the private pool and just across a small road was a clean beach with sparkling blue water. We had limited amount of French, but the local town was friendly, helpful and within walking distance.
I recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Nice day trips both north and south to public beaches and nice towns for shopping and snorkeling. If planning on hiking Mt Pelee, allow 6 hours, but the view is beautiful at all heights.
Violaine was very helpful getting us settled when we arrived and helping us with the rental process.
Would highly recommend staying at La Ville Emeraude and we would love to visit again.

Our family of 4 -- parents and 2 young adults--had a wonderful vacation in this lovely, home. Open floor plan, covered outside eating area, 3 private rooms each with private bath; wonderful pool ...and the ocean and beach just steps across the way! Close to town and bakery in one direction and to 3 fun beach-side restaurants the other. Highly recommended! Charming and responsive hosts made the stay a pleasure all around.

The villa offers a super sweet set-up for the perfectly relaxed vacation. Just a 30 second walk to a great beach and a 5 minute walk up the beach to a terrific boulangerie and fresh produce market.
It had everything we needed : a nice kitchen, plenty of room , a good sized garden/ yard which gave us some privacy from the road in front, and of course, the swimming pool was a special treat. Thank you, Violaine, for all of your help and for sharing your little piece of tropical paradise with us!
