About this apartment rental
The penthouse is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator) of a secure residence. With an area of 50 m² you will have an American kitchen and a bar opening onto a 16 m² terrace. The living room enjoys an exceptional view of the shores via a bay window of 3m by 2m as well as 2 large sliding windows opening onto the terrace. Free high speed wifi access. It includes a 112 cm flat screen TV and a sleeping couch for 2 people. In the mezzanine lies a bed of 1.80 x 200 cm and a small extra terrace. On the terrace you will have a large gas barbequ and a breathtaking view of the Mont-Saint-Loup and the channel where the tall ships pass. the exterior entrance of the penthouse is under video surveillance. The rental includes a Box for cars (max 4 m) and 2 bikes at your disposal.

We were a family of 4 adults staying in this fantastic apartment.
We found it to be very comfortable & clean with plenty space inside & out. The outside stairs & landings were cleaned every day.
The views from the panoramic window in the livingroom were amazing, especially sleeping on the sofa bed & waking to those views....wow.
The terrace was a great size, again lovely views across the marina & got the sun all day, very private for sunbathing.
The kitchen was well appointed with a lot of new appliances & crockery.
We loved the mezzanine floor, very comfortable.
The apartment for us was in a great location, ile des pécheurs, close enough to walk to the main shopping, restaurant area of the marina, but if walking isn't your thing then the little water taxi can take you there for 3€ return, or use the bikes that the owner has in the garage.
The owner was very obliging with our travel requirements & replied promptly to any queries I had.

Days Out - Agde, Canal du Midi boat hire, Pezenas food, wine & music friday nights, Pezenas saturday market (a must do) Beziers, Montpellier, boat trip to Sete from marina, Aqualand.
Beaches - Plage Richelieu, Plage Rochelongue, Plage Vias, Plage Marseillan

My wife and I spent two very relaxing weeks at this apartment in June.
The first thing you notice when you enter is the fabulous views !. Perfectly located to watch the yachts come and go, as everything entering or leaving the port has to pass beneath you. The terrace is a fine size, and totally private, perfect for sunbathing or just chilling out.
There is a well stocked supermarket and a lovely bakery just two hundred meters from the apartment. Its a 3 minute drive to the center, with lots of restaurants and shops.
I'd be happy to recommend this apartment to a friend.
