We're situated in a prime residential neighborhood, just 2 blocks away from Kailua Beach Park Entrance and Kalapawai Market, as well as downtown Kailua.
You'll find an abundance of shops and restaurants, plus two of the world's most beautiful beaches, Kailua and Lanikai Beach, within walking distance.
In our bungalow suite, you'll discover lush tropical landscaping, offering comfort and relaxation. Relax under the fragrant Plumeria tree in your private garden, fire up your gas grill, or take a short walk to downtown to enjoy a variety of excellent dining options.
Our island retreat was recently renovated and designed with a beach cottage charm. Although it's a part of our house, it offers complete privacy and includes:

We've designed the bungalow as a guest suite, so it features quality plates, silverware, wine glasses, bedding, and towels.
Additional amenities include a shared washer/dryer, TV with cable access, beach chairs, towels, and a cooler, as well as an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience, allowing you to pack light.
Plus, you can leave your golf clubs at home! We offer full sets of quality golf clubs available for rent at affordable rates, along with a free new sleeve of golf balls.
This retreat is perfect for a maximum of 2 easy-going, non-smoking individuals, as we maintain a no-smoking policy on the property.
Please note that this property is a legally established dwelling available for rental periods of 30 consecutive days or more, regardless of actual occupancy

Excellent place for a true Kailua beach experience. Comfortable, private and clean, with well-stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels and equipment. Pleasant garden sitting area and walking distance to beaches, and all the cool spots. Sabine and Ray are wonderful resources and the large binder of things to do, menus, recommendations from from previous guests, inside info, tours, hiking tips was something I've never seen before. Highly recommend for singles or couples

The unit is kept very clean .
Everything you need is available,
beach chairs, laundry machine etc...
Especially useful was abundantly prepared towels which is also be used to the beach.
Cooking utensils are also available.
There is even a mixer and BBQ grill.
We enjoyed making smoothies with fresh Hawaiian organic vegetables and fruits.
Access to all places is convenient.
Rental bikes can be rented on foot(Kailua Beach Adventurer).
The beach and town can be reached in 5 minutes by bicycle.
It should be noted that an experienced host is nearby. That was very encouraging for us.
They are very friendly and helpful.
We recommend staying here.
We have a different relaxation than any other place .
