Newly updated cottage in the perfect location, just a block from City Beach and the splash pad, two blocks from City Park and downtown Clear Lake. And just a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the famous Surf Ballroom. No better way to enjoy your Clear Lake vacation than to walk to the beach (beach towels, toys and wagon provided) or visit some of Clear Lake’s finest! Elly’s, 173 Craft Distillery, Lake Time Brewery, Cookies Etc., Cabin Coffee, Charlie’s Soda Factory, Starboard Market, Cancun by the Lake, Gyro Place, Sevens, Rookies, Tap’d and Clear Lake’s newest coffee house, Livonia’s!
Bring the boat, we’ve got an extra long driveway ready for your boat and a public launch just down the street.

Very clean, cozy, and the linen closet well-stocked. The extra little conveniences like ice maker, fans, and mini fridge were a welcome surprise and greatly appreciated. Public beach and downtown was very walkable; it was like living as a local in the beautiful community. Nice backyard for our dog, great parking, grill for cookouts. Would love to book again

Great location, my husband walked downtown to shop and eat. Where in town for kite fest but was cancelled due to ice conditions, but if it hadn’t been you would have been able to see some of the action from the house and a great view from the primary bedroom. Very cozy and clean. It was a great relaxing weekend.
