About this cabin rental
Ellen's log cabin is 2 and a half story's. It starts with a large covered porch that looks over the valley, a great place for your morning coffee. Walk into the living room with a cathedral ceiling and stairs that lead to the loft. The loft is where the master bedroom is located with an en suite bathroom. Back to the first floor is a full kitchen with a large walk out deck that is actually in the trees. This deck has a large table for outdoor eating and charcoal BBQ grill for grilling. Remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, family room (which doubles as another private bedroom) and full bathroom. From the family room you walk out to a private lower deck with a hot tub and seating. A fire pit is in the back yard surrounded by woods, very private. Do not worry about where to buy the wood for your fire, we provide it with your cabin.
We rent Ellen's by the bedrooms needed. The more guest, the more bedrooms set up with linens and towels. You do not share the cabin with strangers. The rate you see here is one of our seasonal rates for a couple. Additional guest is $25. per guest per night. We offer the couple rate so, a couple can come and stay without paying for all the bedrooms.

Host was attentive as needed and amenities were great! It was wonderful that wood was supplied, however, it would have been nice if it was closer to the fire pit. Cabin was very clean and comfy and cozy as well as spacious enough for 6 ladies to enjoy a great time.

The cabin was nice looking but not clean. we found live roaches, ants and lots of ticks outside. Will not go back.
